Which countries does Hapbee Pets ship to?

Hapbee Pets ships worldwide to most countries. For the most accurate list, begin the checkout process on hapbeepets.com; if your country is available at checkout, we ship there.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact help@hapbeepets.com to see if we can help.

Orders are shipped from our distribution center in California, USA. Customs fees, import duties and taxes may be applied by your country upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility; Hapbee Pets is not responsible for collecting or remitting those costs to your government.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Hapbee Pets orders are packaged and shipped from our facility in California, USA. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable. Keep an eye on your shipment's location using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

We provide free shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL, and select the service that offers the best combination of speed and value for your order.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Can I update my delivery address?

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact help@hapbeepets.com to update your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect your order once it is already en route to you.
